    Windows xp Problem Malware

The problem I have is on my xp computer. It all started today morning, my dad went on the computer and then he left. I went on the computer and I saw that there was a security windows update. So I clicked download, but I think I ended up downloading "Antimalware doctor". The program itself is a malware. So I decided to use malwarebytes to scan, it detected about 28 infected objects. While I was doing the scan, I read some things about the malware, I figured that it would best for me to do a scan with malwarebytes and spybot again in safe mode. After it finished it scan, I clicked fix. It said that it was unable to fix all problems and it told me to restart. I restarted the computer and it go me back to my desktop. On my screen an error popped up about some windows/system 32 and restore it, I just ignored it. I restarted the computer, but now I can't even get to my desktop. The screen just turns black. I have no idea what's going on and how to fix it. When I try to go into safe mode, it lists these windows/system 32 and just stops. Even though this is not related windows 7, can you guys help me and try to fix this please.

Is it a black screen with a cursor? Just no logon or anything? If you have a cursor, press control alt delete and select task manager. under Applications select "new task" type in explorer and press enter

There is no cursor just a black screen. When I start up, it says dell, and then it just goes blank. It doesn't even go to the blue start up screen.
