Possible to create a theme with window border = 0?

Hi, is it possible to create a theme with window border 0, and no display of window title?

I would like to be able to edit the theme file directly, but the metrics are very confusing.

i dont know about the title bar

but for the sides and bottom to be cutoff you open vsb and and go to colors and metrics and padding border
