Changing specific parts of theme

I have a few parts of a theme that I'd like to change. The drop down menus are dark colored, which is awesome, but it really gets in the way when browsing some websites or using some menus because the text color is black and it becomes especially hard to read. Also, I highlighted some parts where the background color really interferes.

I have Restorator to open the files, I just don't know which ones to edit to get the color changed.

Kind of an odd question, but any help would be appreciated.
