I cant delete themes.

    I cant delete themes.


    I try to delete themes in c:\windows\resources\themes bit i get error that some aplication use all files in folder.
    Please help :-(

    Why do you want to delete them?

    Try deleting them in safe mode (F8)

    cant you just right-click the desktop, select "personalize", then right-click any theme you want to delete?

    Can you describe that in a little more detail. Hard to guess from that one sentence where the problem comes from - but pretty definitely not from themes.

Just wondering if anyone can help? I am having some problems deleting custom themes from my theme folder. Right clicking in the personalize screen does not bring up the option and if I try to manually delete the folder I get a message saying the file is in use. Thanks all :)
Hi there Be careful with IMAP and Outlook 2010 as the DELETE really does DELETE stuff off the server. In Outlook 2007 you got a line through the items and had to do EDIT==>PURGE to delete stuff off the server so be careful if you really DON'T want to physically delete mail from the server when...
