No Desktop Background

    No Desktop Background


    HELP...
    My Desktop background is Black, I already restore it doesn't work.
    I try to put my picture as a desktop background there is nothing happen.
    What should I do...Please Help any body???
    I use Compac CQ40 with Windows 7 profesional.

    Welcome to Sevenforums.

    Right-click on an empty spot on the desktop.
    Choose Personalize (the last item shown)
    Select one of the Aero themes or select Windows 7 Basic

    Hello Fadillahdedi, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    Double check using the tutorial below to see if you may have the Remove background images (where available) option checked in the Ease of Access Center. If so, uncheck it to see if that helps.

    After I try follow your instruction...
    still the same... my desktop background goes black again...
    I try to put windows 7 basic also the same it goes to solid color...
    should you have any other suggestion?

    If the option in my post above wasn't checked, then check using the tutorial below with either step 3 (Option One) or step 5 (Option Two) to make sure that you do not have a solid black background specified by mistake.
