    Theme issues

    Hello,

I had this issue for a long time now, but now it really bugged me out so i came here in seek of help. This is what happens when i set "Windows 7 basic theme".
As you can see, screenshot appears to be allright (screen1 file), but in reality screen is really weird (screen2 file) (i had to take shot with camera, lol).
Also i'd like you to know that this "weird screen" always appears on loading the Windows (the picture is always broken) and when im playing older games and i want to tab into desktop (yes yes, i always did "run in the 98/xp compatible mode")

I was told that this might be problem caused by graphic card, but im not sure.

I really feel frustrated and im in big need of your help.

    Thanks in advance.
