If these are third party themes you'll have to install a Universal Them patcher for either 32bit or 64bit.

Does your video card support aero? I have a similar problem with one of my computers using the Intel 910 chipset.

    Heya I Have A Asus Silent EAH - 4350

    Windows Says Me
The current video card may support Aero with a driver that is compliant with the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM). Contact the manufacturer of your computer or video card for a WDDM-compatible driver.

Well that card should work fine if your using the proper ATI video driver (current version 10.11).
