Just make a new folder say in your "My pictures" folder then add your favorite theme's to the folder you created. I made one with about 400 nature theme pictures.

Then go to desktop, right click and choose personalize, then click lower left where it says "desktop background" go to top of page and click "browse" then browse to the folder you created with all the theme's you want in one place. You can adjust the showing time, Aero color and transparency, sound and other things to customize your custom theme there.

Aero features work for Aero Themes but not for My Themes
I just did a clean install of Windows 7 Professional and used Double Driver to reinstall all my drivers. Everything works fine with one exception. When I switch from the default Aero Theme to one of My Themes, the Aero features no longer work (i.e. transparency, thumbnails on the taskbar, ect.) ...

You know how you can select multiple wallpapers and have it switch or even shuffle through them? I wonder if they will make an option to either switch between themes or assign window colors to go with certain backgrounds, that would be nice. I think I'll talk to Microsoft about this :p
