Cant change Theme Hello all,
I have a problem with my Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.
I cant change any theme settings, nothing, here look:
Sorry for the language its Dutch but it says:
" Your administrator has disabled one or more functions on this page."
I was like wtf, I am the Administrator
Does anyone know how I can solve this ?
I dont have any virusses or other nasty stuff according to Eset Smart Security, Malwarebytes Anti Malware and Kasperski online scanner (yes all the latest updates/definitions)
Only thing I can still do is Right Click on image files and set them as background and thats it.
I don't know if it matters but I am the only account on my PC and yes I am the administrator. Sorry if this doesn't belong in this forum | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Asus N53SV-SZ404V OS Windows 7 Professional 64 bit (x64) CPU Intel Core i7 2630QM @ 2Ghz, Boost to 2,9 Ghz Motherboard Intel Mobile HM65 Memory 6 GB DDR3 Graphics Card Nvidia GT540M 1GB Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 Cooling Air cooling Hard Drives 750GB 7200RPM Internet Speed 10 Mbps/ 1.2 MB a second |

Mmm...OK. Can you recall any changes you may have made to your system, between the time you could make the changes to themes, and now?
You can also try the excellent tutorial to fix the issue Theme - Allow or Prevent Changing | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Golden Mk. The option was not configured but I Disabled it and now it works
I still got a question though, what caused it to disable themes...

Hi. Glad I was able to help you.
I'm not sure what may have disabled it...did you perhaps play with the Aero themes and select Basic by any chance? Lets see if others can answer that.
At least, its working now | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Golden Mk.
