Can't change themes or wallpapers!
So I bought an Acer One D255 Netbook and upgraded it to Win 7 Pro. Now It won't let me change anything in Personalize when I right click on the desktop. Any help would be appreciated greatly. Thank you.

This may be a problem with your user account.
Use this tutorial to create a new account http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...-accounts.html Then see if you can get into Personalization.

If it still happens after creating another user account, log in to an admin account and make sure the group policy settings to prevent theme change isn't enabled. I found this explanation of your problem: Personalization option in control panel will not open. Windows 7 Home Premiuim 64 Bit
You can try running the sfc /scannow to make sure your files are okay.
I'm going to ask on another thread here if anyone has run into this before.
