This windows edition doesn't support themes! Problem!

    try SFC /SCANNOW and reboot when it tells you,

    and also MAKE SURE your UxTheme is patched

    Can I upgrade my windows ultimate e 64bit to some other version without losing my installations and programs?

    P.S. I have same version installed on other computer and there I can change themes!?!
