Black background

Hello, I have Windows 7 Stater and would like to know how to get the normal blue background back. After an update my background went black and I have no idea how to get it back to the blue logo. Another thing that is not working is Ease of Access on Control Panel. When I tried "Turn off Background images" I get an error message of "Windows cannot find '::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB0064C98683}\7\::{D555645E-D4F8-4C29_..\pageEasiserToSee' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again." Well if anyone can help me please do because I want the blue logo back and not a black background of nothing.

Welcome to Seven Forums danman6000. You can either try this:

Or try running the System File Checker

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
