    easy question, i see the sticky at the top to add themes in windows 7, but can you add custom themes for windows 7 starter?

    thanks, but i already read that. i'm talking about the custom themes you can get from say, deviantart, but can load them into windows 7 home +. can you do that with windows 7 starter?

    I believe there is some sort of workaround that allows it, but it probably violates eula.
