recycle bin icon missing (not the desktop icon)
It happened after I used custo pack tools to apply the Elune theme I got from deviantart. does anyone know how fix this?  | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Home Premium x64

Welcome to Seven Forums Fl44k. See this tutorial that shows how to restore or change, the recycle bin icon. I know it's not the desktop icon you have issues with, but it should restore the original icon that is displayed elsewhere too. Desktop Icons - Change or Restore Default Icon

Do you still have the theme activated?
Have tried uninstalling that theme to see if the icon appears again, theme packs normally come with an uninstall file.

You can try rebuilding the icon cache Icon Cache - Rebuild
You can probably correct this with the System File Checker SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
But it will remove the 3rd party theme and changes. You would have to repatch your system and reapply any customizations.
