New theme for windows 7

Here's a new theme that I built to windows 7 I hope you like it.
The theme includes unique things that I built and I designed it myself and new icons and quality assure you that you like the theme.

What is this?

I was wondering the same thing I opened it up and I unzipped the installer and I do not see any kind of a theme.
