    Hello Gunniz,

After you have downloaded and extracted (drag and drop) the img0.jpg file from the downloaded ZIP from above to your desktop, you can copy it into the folder below to restore it back to it's default location.

    C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Windows

Afterwards, you can use the tutorial below to change the desktop background to this img0.jpg file by clicking on Browse (step 3), navigate to the location above, and select the img0.jpg file.

    Desktop Background - Change

    Hope this helps,

    Gunniz,

Running a sfc /scannow command may be able to help to see if it may be able to repair any corrupted system files.

Does any of the other themes work from your 1st post?

What happens when you manually change the desktop background to the img0.jpg file?

    Gunniz,

    That's great news. :)

The SFC scan should have restored the default permissions for them as well, here they are in the ZIP file below.

If you would like to learn more about setting permissions, then the tutorial below may help. Be sure to create a restore point and a system image backup before playing with permission settings though. One mistake, and you could render Windows 7 unbootable or leave yourself without access to anything. The only way to fix it then would be to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7 if you didn't have a restore point or create a system image to do a system restore or system image recovery with.
