How do I get this theme/look?

I saw this desktop screenshot on a football forum and i was mesmerised!

I've managed to trace the wallpaper but that's all.

Anyone know what theme it is and how I can get the widgets and stuff?

Thanks.

Nice one Archie, I'm using a combination gnometer, corner weather, and a corner clock by shivaism at the moment along with one of your walls.

Thanks guys.

How do I install this theme? Are my settings saved and are you able to revert back to normal windows if you don't like it?

Changing Theme on User Account Changes Admin Theme
I am probably doing something really silly, but for some reason, whenever I change the admin account theme, my standard user account theme changes too. Same happens with the standard user account - if I change it, the admin theme changes to match. Change one, the other changes, every time. I...
