    Here is the language bar color and blue shadows also in the scroll bar too. Ignore the red outline.

    What color of text to you want for the language bar?
    I need a better/bigger screenshot of the blue shadows I do not know where that is.

    What do you mean by "red inside" for their language bar do you mean the text color?

    I need to know where this came from make a bigger screenshot.

    As for the blue in the scrollbars I am going to take a guess that you have your display set higher than 100% open the control panel at the top right put on large icon and look for display and click on it.

    I remember you fixing those before on the other posts. What about the language bar color? I have it set on Medium.

    OK you have it set on medium that's fine you answer 1 question.
    Now can you answer these 2 questions?

    I got it now download and extract the zip folder and put both 1 theme folder and 1 .theme file in C/Windows/Resources/Themes
    Themes-c.png

    It will show up in Personalize as CustomRose1.1

    Perfect. There was more thing the notification arrow bubble. Here is the screenshot.
