Windows 7 - WMP now playing gadget

hey guys,
First, i know that this should theoretically from the title be in the gadget section but my online research proved otherwise.

I am trying to find a descent way of showing my now playing songs (using WMP) on the desktop using gadget/whatever can achieve that :P

So while i was looking for visual styles i found this on deviant art

No, not the theme (although it looks nice ) pay attention to the bottom left of the first image right next to the taskbar.

Is that a gadget, is it a style thing, i have no idea but it looks epic.

I realise that the only way of finding out is installing the theme but i did not like the theme (as in not what i was looking for exactly)when i tried it and did not want to start replacing my system files

So does anyone know what that thing is and if i could get it also, if i cant is there an alternative
