| Windows 7: Custom Themes, Icons and Start Buttons. |

Oh darn.. I forgot to ask and I can't edit my post until a mod approves it for viewing.. sorry.
The icon packs on the first page.. Can I install them all so I can choose which icons I want to use where, or do they work like icon theme packs where I have to use one pack at a time because they replace all of the default icons??
If so, then How do I get the icons themselves to stick off in the system to use as I like?
EDIT:
Also.. I'm stuck. I downloaded a start menu button but have no clue how to install it. It's just a bmp. You see, I do not like to use whole theme sets that other people make (unless I just happen to like everything about it).. I like to pick just the bits I like and apply them.. but I have no clue how to do that with windows 7. Can someone point me in the right direction please? | My System Specs |

If so, then How do I get the icons themselves to stick off in the system to use as I like? the icon packs replace the system icons by replacing the dll's so you can only use them as a whole set and the black and gold icon pack was done as a request and has no relation to any sort of themes or logo's, if you want to get the icons without installers then visit my site where you find a large range of themes and icons.

Thank you Mr Grim and XXRazor.
I have to ask because you guys would be the ones who know. Ya know years ago we had 'Desktop Themes' from Leftside software, and other application suites that let you customize all the components of your XP themes - Has anyone made an all in one suite like that for windows 7 yet?
I have noticed it doesn't seem that custom sounds are popular anymore. I wonder why. | My System Specs | | |

There is a program called Windows Style Builder for windows 7 that lets you build your own themes, I have made a few myself and you can find them on DeviantArt or on my site, link is in my sig. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Brew OS Windows 7 Ultimate Vista Ultimate x64 CPU Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16Ghz @ 3.8Ghz Motherboard eVGA 750i FTW Memory 2x2Gigs Patriot PC2-6400 LL Graphics Card Inno3D GeForce GTX260 216 SP Monitor(s) Displays ASUS VW222U 22" 2ms Response time Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard Mouse Logitech G9 Gaming Mouse PSU HYTEC 600W & Thermaltake 650W Toughpower Power Exp Case Thermaltake Armor LCS (Liquid Cooling System) Cooling Liquid Cooling System Hard Drives SATA 150GB

Can anyone make moving icons? I want to see like the 3 stooges for icons, but I want them moving when I scroll over. Make Curly doing some sort of break dancing, Moe doing the robot and Larry doing something 60's retro...maybe dressed in tie dye firing up a doobie....that kinda stuff would make me poop my pants laughing every time I would scroll over. Heck I would probably sit for hours in amusement scrolling over them. | My System Specs | | OS win7 ultimate x64 CPU Intel Core2 Duo E8400 @ 3.0 Motherboard NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI Memory 4gb corsair 6400 ddr2 Graphics Card Palit GTX260 Sonic 216 SP Sound Card sb audigy 24bit Monitor(s) Displays i-inc 19" lcd Screen Resolution 1440x900 PSU ULTRA LSP Pro 750 Case ultra midtower Cooling air Hard Drives seagate barracuda 7200 250 gb Custom Themes, Icons and Start Buttons. problems?
