Custom Themes, Icons and Start Buttons.

    Forgive me for asking a newbie question, but this thread is too large to go all the way through. I have a PNG/ICO file that I'd like to use as my start button (it would be the same all the time, so I don't need different versions for hovered on/clicked on).

    What exactly do I need to do to get it in a BMP I can use? It's totally black, on a transparent background, so...
