It sure as hell would look better than all of these dark, "X-TREME" ones.

    Hey guys,
I'm running Build 7229 and i love the folders you guys have created.
Are the glossy blue folders the only ones available to me since the Black are 7600 or could the Black folders work?
Anyone have any problems with them at all? So far looks like the reaction to them is 100% positive.

I haven't tried installing then on that build but you could try it if you like, just make sure you make a restore point first and if you try it can you let me know how it goes.

I don't think it's gonna go well one of the other members (Dogz) tried the black glass icons on 7100 and needed to do a system restore.

I know but 7229 is not that old and I don't think there were any changes in those dll's really compared to whats in the RTM, I say give it a go, it will work or it wont, there's no harm in trying as you can always restore it.

I think there is something wrong with the Ultimate x86 build download. When i extracted, all i got was the TZ file. When i downloaded the regular black one, I got the installer and notepad. Just wanted to let you know if you didnt already.
I'm about to use the installer today. Will let you know how it goes.

You mean a '.7z' file?, it's a 7-zip file.. It's another form of a zip file and can be opened with either 7-Zip or WinRar. 7-Zip enables greater compression and it's free! (it can half the size of stuff compared to WinRar).

Sorry, I should have mentioned about the file changes in the first post. (I'll update the post now.)
