Guys I rly need the windows vista orb bmp !

I downloaded the Orb Changer program and it worked just fine on one of my Win7 computers but it crashes on the brand new laptop I just bought. It gives me an Unhandled Exception error. Any ideas why?

The only thing I can think is,

1) Do you still have it all together in the same folder?

2) Try run as administrator.
