Here is my theme

This is a Pack containing nearly all the default icons for Windows 7 and they are scalable if anyone wants them.

Grim thats not working for me

Should you have saved it as a .themepack instead of .theme ?

Yes, you need to save it as a .themepack. The .theme is looking for the images but they don't exist. Just hit the drop down menu and click .themepack.
