| | Brick works fine for me also. If you have 7-zip you need to right-click on any of those theme packs go to 7-zip and then to Extract here then you will see the extracted theme copy that to C:\Windows\Resources\Ease of Access Themes folder then in Personalization click on Brick then you will need to click on Desktop background and change it to what you want that will get rid of the back background.
