Windows 7: Fallout 3 Full Theme

The theme comes with everthing.

-Start Button(Radiation Symbol)
-Full Set Of Backgrounds
-Logon Screen Background
-User Account Picture
-Color Scheme
(Instructions)
↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓
UnZip the files first
Run fallout3.themepack (that is the desktop backgrounds and the color scheme)
Run Start button changer as administrator
Click browse and find "startbutton.bmp" in that group of files
You may now close that window
Now open the logon background changer
Click choose a folder
Find the file "logonbackground.jpg" in the group of files
Click apply
Set Your User account pictures as the one in the group of files
(optional) Set the icon in the group as the icon of any shortcut you please
