Try to run System Restore and choose a time before you installed this theme: System Restore

If this is a theme you added then it may be in msconfig>Startup or msconfig>Services which the uninstaller sometimes cannot remove since it is running at the time and often will fail to prompt of this.

If possible System Restore to before you installed the theme. If this is not possible, try a Restore point before you uninstalled it, turn it off in msconfig>Startup and then msconfig>Services (after Hiding all MS Services), reboot, check again to make sure it's not in either place and the theme didn't start with Win7, then uninstall it again using Revo Uninstaller in Advanced Mode. Revo Uninstaller - How to To Completely Uninstall Programs.

If you can't get back before you installed or uninstalled it and it is causing problems, try reinstalling it for the purpose of correctly uninstalling it. If this is not possible, try SFC -SCANNOW Command to see if it has damaged System files.

I installed an Angry Birds theme for a friend's Christmas gift to her son and it worked fine but it did start up with Windows so that could be your problem here.

Have you tried the SFC -SCANNOW Commandas suggested earlier ?

Let us know if it is able to change some of those elements, and which elements are still not the default.

Have you tried the SFC -SCANNOW Command as it is suggested three times to you ?

Try it, and then post the result back.

As you are asking for advises , you are to take those, coz who are giving these are much more experienced, and they knows what to do.

Anyway, to get the default mouse scheme back, click the start button > Control panel (large icons view) > mouse, and follow it.

Mouse Pointers - Allow or Prevent Themes to Change

    install uninstall!!-2012-06-22_185657.jpg

Thus, everything could be bring back to default, if you follow the instructions given.

Were you able to follow the steps I gave you earlier? If not post back the exactly problem or question you have to get the steps given completed.

Is the Angry Birds theme still in Control Panel>Program and Features? What happens when you click on it to Uninstall?
