how to change elements of themes?

New to W7 but I really like it so far :)

I've been playing with themes today, and I've patched my system to allow custom themes to be installed. So far I have the Neon theme installed (the car one) and Red Fusion.

I like these themes, but there are certain elements of them that I do not like. I want to take the outer glow off the words in the navigation bar in the Explorer.

How can I do just that, and yet retain the rest of the theme I'm working with?

    ALSO:
I notice that with the Neon Theme, the left and right of my taskbar have a new white "glow" at the top. The center (where all the program icons go) does not. How can I fix this?

    thanks!

    You have two choices
1 you will need to ask the theme maker to make them changes for you.
2 purchase Ave's Windows7 Style Builder and make the changes yourself.
