Well I have changed all the permissions on both System32 and SysWOW64 i am just unsure if i should use the system files in the theme in the folder x86 for the System32 and x64 files for SysWOW64 or the x64 version for both folders.
I also tried googling it as i was sure someone else would be confused about this but it seems it is only me.

So put 32bits dll's in SysWOW64 and 64bits dll's in SYSTEM32. Looks strange but it is true. Look what files are already there and put the new right version there. shell32.dll is in both folders so need to be patched twice!
If it's not there already ... no need to patch
