jerry (bongo) means that for $22.50 you get a lot for your buck, as opposed to $29 just for a software that just compresses and extracts files.

No you cannot use WinRar to edit the .msstyles I was using it as an example on how little you get for $29 US compared to what you get for $22.50 US when you purchase Window Style Builder, WinRar Only does very few things whereas Windows Style Builder does more than I can explain in a short paragraph.
