    Can't change my theme!! :(

Hey people. I installed Windows 7 (64 bit) not too long ago. I activated it etc and it's all working mighty fine. I boot my computer up today and realise it's stuck on some cruddy looking windows classic theme. Sure enough I think the problem can be rectified by changing the theme through the personalisation. It doesn't work. I tried rebooting....

    Here's a picture of what I mean.

Is there a way to sort this out without restoring everything to factory settings? I've installed a lot of applications and it'd take a lot of time to put them back on.

    Thanks guys.

That's cool Domii. I'm running a very powerful laptop. I doubt the performance of the laptop would be effected much given a very trivial adjustment. Appearance matters too.
