I've also compared theme settings with another computer, using the same theme.. I'm 100% sure this isnt something wrong with my windows theme, but with firefox.

Your Windows theme should have nothing to do with it. Can you download the free version Revo Uninstaller and completely uninstall Firefox.

Then, rather than installing a stable release of Firefox, try a Beta version. In this case, v10.0 is the latest.

I'll try the beta version, then I'll try to reinstall firefox with that.
Both beta and the fresh install resulted in the same thing.. no change :\
I do believe i've fixed it..
Somehow I had to toggle between bold font (windows theme) and firefox to use system settings.. and it worked.. strange.. Anyway, thanks.
