Windows 7 - Need a high contrast skin for Win7

| Vista and Windows7, sometimes Ubuntu and Fedora | I don't think it does. It only appears like that because it is on a white background. All that blue stuff gets eaten by my blue skin. And the 'boxes' on my skin are part of the skin. |
