    Welcome to Seven Forums niel2094. A more detailed description will help. What exactly are you trying to do, and at what step do you get that error? You might try using the Reliability Monitor to pinpoint the cause.

I have just started to receive the following message when I try and access 'Start/Control Panel/Mouse': "Windows Shell Common Has Stopped Working" Any ideas how to fix this problem?
