Windows 7: How to make Personalization panel run on all versions of Windows 7?

How to make Personalization panel run on all versions of Windows 7?

Hi, I need personalization panel to work on all versions of Windows 7, you know the one that lets you to change your wallpaper for starter etc. I know I may sound like an idiot asking for this but I really need it!

You cant, they dont have it in Starter.

If you want to change the wallpaper in starter then the following tutorial will show you how - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...7-starter.html

Did you read my post? I want the program "Personalization Panel" to work on all versions of Windows or just Windows 7 edtions (Home Premium, Ultimate etc.) If I open it on Pro it will say only for home and starter

Personalization Panel is only for Starter and Home Basic because they don't have a

Personalize option natively, the other versions already have that feature natively.

You don't need it...

Sounds like you are trying to bypass something that is not allowed by an Admin, we can't help you with that.

By the way, that is a Want not a Need.

Sounds like you are trying to bypass something that is not allowed by an Admin, we can't help you with that.

By the way, that is a Want not a Need.
No I am doing it at my own house with all the computers connected in a network, I would like to see if its possible to change the wallpaper with control panel disabled and other personalization features Just please tell me how to make Personalization Panel to work on all versions of Windows!
