How to make Personalization panel run on all versions of Windows 7? Hi, I need personalization panel to work on all versions of Windows 7, you know the one that lets you to change your wallpaper for starter etc. I know I may sound like an idiot asking for this but I really need it! | My System Specs |

You cant, they dont have it in Starter.

Did you read my post? I want the program "Personalization Panel" to work on all versions of Windows or just Windows 7 edtions (Home Premium, Ultimate etc.) If I open it on Pro it will say only for home and starter | My System Specs | | |

No I am doing it at my own house with all the computers connected in a network, I would like to see if its possible to change the wallpaper with control panel disabled and other personalization features  Just please tell me how to make Personalization Panel to work on all versions of Windows!
