I got a file from Infinite I believe and I could change the files due to some permission problem even though I have turned my user account control to zero. Not sure why it wont let me copy those files.

    Thank for the help though..
After turning UAC off, did you restart your computer?
When you Take Ownership, do it on the Resources folder and it will take ownership of everything in the Resources folder including any subfolders.

Hey I did the exact steps and got owner ship of that folder and pasted the Ease of Access Themes folder in my existing folder. It got copied and then I went to personalize my desktop I still had no option to change it back to the window 7 default view.

Thanks for the help. I think its nothing to do with the files and with the display driver maybe.
Man this is a big problem... Thx for trying..

Try opening services.msc from a Run box or the Start Menu search. Go down to Themes, Stop and Disable the service. Restart your computer, Enable and Start. Try again

    Or

Run an SFC Scan up to 3 times if you haven't already done so from Step 4.
