Did you use Windows 7 Start Orb Changer my any means? If you so did try to reverse the chages, or better still do a system restore. Here's how to do system restore: System Restore - Windows 7 features - Microsoft Windows

Welcome to Seven Forums nawon. Try running the System File Checker. It will undo any other customizations you have done however.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    I have a solution

    1. download windows 7 start button changer v 2.6 here
    2. run as administrator
    3. then click restore original explorer backup
    4. wait a few moments

    --- Tadaaaaa ---
