I am a little confused by your post, are you trying to install a custom theme? If so post a link to it.

I cannot find or know anything about "theme manager v4.04" especially if you do not provide a link to it.

As for installing Windows 7 Themes: Seamus by TheBull you need to open up the Theme and Extras Folder then open up Extras folder then open up Theme Resource Changer folder and install ThemeResourceChangerX64-v10. Then run the Seamus.exe that is right next to Theme and Extras Folder. You will also want to run the Full glass.exe in the extras folder also. That should take care of installing the theme.

and 1 question is there a crash effect if ever i use universal theme patcher and Ux style core ,is it ok to use it at the same time hahaha
You cannot use both at the same time, use just one or the other.

It's possible but the best way is to use a copy of the Aero theme and re-name it so you do not corrupt the original.

please help me with guidelines making ,testing and applying theme.
If you're wanting to get into making Themes I would recommend joining here Virtual Customs

is there a free window style builder out there,if non what else you prefered to use??
No there is no free version it is only $22.50 US and if you're going to do any amount of themeing at all it would be a very good investment, I've said this a couple times this is one of the cheapest software you can purchase and be able to do a lot with it. If you purchase it You will be able to join their forum and You will be guided through making themes with tutorials and maps to locations that is outstanding.

btw is my hard drive specs can affect creating themes and installation,is it need for a graphic enhancer??
By looking at your system specs your computer should be just fine.
