How to set computer to change computer theme on battery?

I have a program I use to switch power plans when I unplug my computer to power saver but I'm having trouble finding a way to have my computer also switch to the classic theme automatically. Any Ideas?

Would you be satisfied if simply the slide show is paused when on battery?
