Windows 7: How do I "remove" my taskbar while still able to see the icons?

How do I "remove" my taskbar while still able to see the icons?

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

This is what I want: Being able to see my taskbar icons, and not being able to see the taskbar.

Like this persons taskbar:




Help would be appreciated!

Its probably a taskbar killer if you google around you can probably find one, and for the rest of the icon parts I would guess rainmeter and then probably something like objectdock to show the systray, and if its objectdock it got a built in taskbar killer, picture bellow is my rainmeter and objectdock setup. I hope it gives you atleast some help
