Windows 7: How can i use the windows 7 theme i have got from deviantart?

Hello everybody,
I was looking for a good theme for my laptop and then i founded this: Browsing deviantART

I have completed the rocketdock,fonts,start orb and wallpaper... but when i open the universal theme patcher and click patch on all 3 file versions it says "Restart your computer to see the effect".I restarted the laptop but nothing happened.. How can it work?

Did you paste the theme in C:Windows:Resources:Themes

I downloaded and looked at this theme and I do not see how it could work it is missing a .theme file that needs to go in C:Windows:Resources:Themes with the theme folder. You should contact the maker and asked them to provide one.

I just looked at the images in this theme and if you are expecting any of that red in the preview from the website you will not see it in the theme is not there, the preview on the website does not represent the theme at all.
