.bat Help.. Is these commands safe?

I just got installed the Luna theme to windows..

But at a bat file it's trying to do that:
    ren %windir%\explorer.exe explorer.exe.bak
    move /y "Resources\x86\explorer.exe" %windir%
    taskkill /F /IM explorer.exe
    start %windir%\explorer.exe

Is that safe to replace the explorer.exe with a diffrent explorer.exe?

    Thanks.

The bat file command will rename explorer.exe to explorer.exe.bak, copy the new explorer.exe, kill the explorer.exe process, and start a new one. Generally speaking, it is safe to replace explorer.exe if you do it correctly. Not knowing the source of the explorer.exe you want to use, I can't speak to that one specifically. I can suggest you scan the new explorer.exe at Virus Total. Make a system backup in case it doesn't go well, at the very least make a System Restore point before you proceed.
