Create shortcut to themes? (on desktop)

Hello,

I am running windows 7 on a laptop, and I was wondering if its possible to create shortcuts to themes.

Reason for this is that I want my own made theme when I'm on netpower, but when I'm on battery only I want to switch to another theme (high contrast for example) to save battery power (black pixels (turned off) cost less power than white :P)

So is there a way to create a shortcut to them, so I can change in one click? And for example, assign a shortkey to changing.

Thanks.
