Theme not run

You have to apply it from personalize by right clicking on the desktop.

Now, right click on the desktop, personalize and apply the theme from the listing. From within the themes folder, you are to double click the second item of the first pic.

Then you havent placed the items in the C:\windows\ themes folder rightly. See the screenshots attached in my previous post, and do like that.

It should be there.

Post a screenshot of the folders and files included in the theme that you downloaded. We will guide you how to use those.

Dont you have one windows theme file ? With .theme extension ?

It should be there ! Otherwise, it wont work !
