How to change style of the folder names in desktop ?

Hi,

i have a problem with the style of the folders names in desktop. The text or names of the folders are with shadow how can i solve this ?

this is how my folders text look in desktop :

ps. i have this problem only in the desktop folders, i mean that inside folders the style of the names are ok (http://i46.tinypic.com/2cs6vd4.png)

Welcome to the Seven Forums
Use this tutorial Visual Effects Settings - Change and uncheck the box by Use drop shadows for icon labels on desktop. Then hit apply and then OK your way out.
