Restore win 7 default themes after messing with system 32 folder

I accidentally moved a folder in the system 32 folder with the mouse while trying to change the icon of a shortcut. Then, when I switched on the computer the next day I lost all themes. I don't know which folder I moved but here's a screenshot:

    Thanks in advance.

Did you try doing a system restore to a date prior to this happening?

Welcome to Seven Forums Alastor. Are you caertain it was the System32 folder? Themes are located in the C:\windows\Resources folder. Do you still show that folder in windows? A Guy

    Hi,

The themes getting disabled seems to be quite the bug!
I had it just now - I found it was because I had a buggy version of Norton.
    Uninstalled it.

    Then
    Start-> Run->(type) services.msc
    Click on themes
    Manually stop and start

    And my themes were restored.

Although the cause of your problem seems to be diff - this is worth trying.

I tried double clicking Themes in Services and setting
Recovery tab ->First Failure (dropdown) : Restart the service
General tab -> Startup type (dropdown) : Automatic
    But that didnt work.
Manual restart of the service did.

All I'm saying is - its worth trying
