    Cannot change my theme ?


    I think my windows 7 version is old and I cannot change my theme .
    any suggestion on the latest windows 7 theme ? and if able put all
    information on how can I get that version of windows 7 , thanks in advance. :)

    Hello SiiJei,

    Since you have the Windows 7 Starter edition, you options for themes is very limited since that edition does not include the "Personlization" feature in it.
    OPTION ONE in the tutorial below can help show you how to change a theme in Windows 7 Starter.
    However, you might also consider using the free program Personalization Panel from OPTION TWO in the tutorial below to add a few more options.

    Looks like you may have some other program installed. That doesn't look like the Personalization Panel program from the tutorial I posted above.


    Yes, you could get a higher edition of Windows 7 by buying a copy of it, then either upgrade or clean install with it.

    No. Like go to a online or brick&mortar retailer and buy a higher edition copy of Windows 7.
