    Wallpaper Customization


    Does anyone know how to change your background so that it looks (and is active) like this one? http://i39.tinypic.com/fbz7s1.jpg I have the dock. I'm just having trouble with the bg. Thanks.

    That is most likely Rainmeter, desktop customization tool there are thousands of skins out there I'm not too sure which one that would be you may try to contact someone wherever you got the wallpaper from and ask them which skin it is.
