My theme transparency doesn't work

Ok..so i downloaded themes for my windows 7 from deviantart like months ago they were working fine last time i used them, but then i started using Windows normal theme now that i want to use one of the themes i downloaded my transparency doesn't work. It turns in to the Classic windows theme and when i click on Windows Color the old one opens like from vista or something :(, Can some one please help me its really annoying me xD

Do Option 2 of this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html it will not harm any data or programs you have installed it will try to find and repair any corrupt system files that you have. You may need to do this up to 3 times with a reboot after each scan.
Then:
You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
