Anyone know what theme this was?

Well, for one, it cost money, at least it did last year. It came in a few different variants, red, yellow, blue, and green, I think. It changed the log in screen, start button, wallpaper, theme, etc. I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. Any help?

Hmmm... no not that. It was an official site, if you know what I mean. Not a web forum, but a Stardock like site; official.

It wasn't on DeviantArt. If it helps any, I saw a YouTube video on it, which is what made me look into it. And if it helps any, when you downloaded the theme, you got options of what you wanted to install, eg. Wallpaper, start orb, etc.
